Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Assistant Construction Superintendent to support our construction projects. The ideal candidate will have expertise in HVAC and plumbing systems, a strong understanding of construction management, and familiarity with international building codes. This role involves overseeing site activities, coordinating with teams, and ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in managing daily construction operations, including scheduling and budgeting.
Oversee HVAC and plumbing installations, ensuring compliance with specifications and codes.
Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers for timely delivery of materials.
Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety.
Support project documentation, including reports and schedules.
Lead on-site teams, promoting safety, quality, and collaboration.
Qualifications:
Experience in construction management, particularly in HVAC and plumbing systems.
Knowledge of international building codes and plumbing regulations.
Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
Ability to read blueprints and manage multiple priorities.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred.
3-5 years of relevant experience, with a focus on HVAC and plumbing.
