Description: Our client is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their team. This is a full-time, permanent position.
Responsibilities Include: • Manage meeting schedules, appointments, and coordinate travel arrangements for staff. • Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls. • Order and maintain office supply inventory. • Maintain organized and accurate staff records and databases. • Assist with Project filing and document organization.
Qualifications: • 5+ years' experience as an administrative assistant or related field is required. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must. • Ability to draft letters, prepare specialized meetings. • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, and Outlook programs.
