We are seeking a Program Manager to manage and run our brick & mortar employee store. This role is responsible for the presentation of the in-store experience, implementing demo experiences and product fitment, connecting users to resources like user support, inventory management, and delivering a customer first store experience for employees and visitors alike.
Looking for someone to run and manage, a physical brick and mortar store, in the Redmond office. Designed to sell and market swag.
It has a small footprint, with a retail management component. Roughly 100 skews (type of product) of inventory - t shirts, tech, apparel, home goods, an example is "Bose headphones"
Job Responsibilities: • Manage presentation, offerings, and in-store experience for Redmond, WA brick & mortar store. • Coordinate projects, making detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the integration of technical activities. • Present and explain proposals, reports and findings • Analyze technology, resource needs and market demand, to plan and assess the feasibility of projects • Confer with management, production and marketing staff to discuss project specifications and procedures • Review and recommend or approve contracts and cost estimates • Direct, review and approve product designs and changes • Consult or negotiate with clients to prepare project specifications
Skills: • Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, attention to detail and interpersonal skills. • Strong ability to work independently and manage one's time. • Strong background in retail and instore experiences • Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, costs and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods. • Strong knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods. • Strong knowledge of computer software, such as Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, etc...
Education/Experience: • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field. • PMI or PMP certification preferred.
Compensation:
The estimated pay range for this position is USD $47.00/Hr - USD $52.00/Hr and is a Non-Exempt role.
