Role Description
Have you ever wanted a program that offers comprehensive training, a fast track to sales leadership, and unlimited earning potential? Brandon Homes is rapidly growing and aims to develop the selected candidate into a New Home Sales Leader. This unique and exciting opportunity involves participating in a 2-year sales training program, culminating in a six-figure salary. As a Sales Leadership Development Program participant, you will handle various sales functions, including existing client communications, lead generation, qualifying leads, conducting sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and cultivating long-term client relationships. Sales targets will progressively increase each year to fully prepare you to meet your goals upon graduating from the program. This on-site role is located in Middletown, OH.
