Job Summary
As the Director of Franchise Partnerships, you will play a pivotal role in the Enterprise Sales and Partnerships Division, delivering both qualitative insights and quantitative analysis to inform strategic business decisions. Your role will require strong collaboration skills, financial expertise, and business acumen. As a key finance team member, you will provide critical guidance while maintaining the highest standards of financial health and compliance within franchise operations.
You will be working closely with the franchise development team to provide actionable insights and recommendations, driving growth and profitability across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead long-range planning and strategic modeling by connecting franchise ownership with operational performance to guide decision-making.
Oversee Revenue Management by modeling pricing impacts across a full P&L, offering insightful analysis to senior leadership to support informed decision-making.
Utilize your financial expertise to develop and analyze models independently, draw conclusions, and make impactful recommendations that drive results.
Align financial and operational analysis with business partners, while challenging assumptions where necessary to ensure sound financial outcomes.
Provide thorough analysis and recommendations to support operational growth and strategic business decisions.
Proactively identify opportunities to enhance finance processes, including automation, standardization, and simplification across teams and the organization.
Exhibit strong business judgment, leadership, and integrity in decision-making with a focus on aggressive, yet responsible, business approaches.
Demonstrate clear results orientation, maintaining a laser focus on achieving both short- and long-term goals in a dynamic, uncertain environment.
Experience and Education:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required; MBA or CPA preferred.
10+ years of experience solving complex business challenges, delivering accurate financial models and analyses that lead to measurable business impact (e.g., financial savings, operational improvements).
Skills and Abilities:
Proven success in fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and dynamic environments.
Expertise in forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and interpreting data results.
Experience driving results in large, cross-functional initiatives and projects.
