Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic UI Designer to join our team as a founding member. In this role, you will have the opportunity to shape the visual and interactive elements of our AI-driven document platform. Working closely with product and development teams, you'll create intuitive, engaging, and user-friendly experiences that redefine how knowledge is presented and shared.
Key Responsibilities
User-Centric Design: Develop user interface designs that prioritize exceptional user experience by understanding user needs and behaviors, creating intuitive, clean, and efficient interfaces. Familiarity with Design Thinking is a plus.
Project Ownership: Independently manage and deliver design projects, including product interfaces, websites, and marketing assets. Showcase your ability to provide creative solutions through a strong portfolio.
Product Experience Enthusiast: Stay updated with the latest design trends and digital products, aiming to experience at least 10 products monthly to ensure our interfaces remain innovative and user-friendly.
AI-Driven Design Development: Integrate AI-powered features such as smart annotations, auto-formatting, or knowledge visualization tools to enhance user interaction and engagement.
Collaboration & Prototyping: Work closely with product architects, developers, and stakeholders to transform ideas into functional, visually appealing prototypes.
Development Knowledge: Knowledge of front-end development (e.g., HTML/CSS) is a plus. Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless design implementation and maintain consistency across platforms.
Requirements
3-5+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing web and user-facing product interfaces.
Passionate about creating exceptional user experiences and improving design solutions continuously.
Proficient in design tools such as Figma, Webflow, or similar.
Strong understanding of interaction design, usability principles, and visual hierarchy.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to present and defend design decisions.
Bonus: Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS or other front-end development languages.
Preferred Qualifications
Demonstrated experience in building or collaborating on AI-driven products.
Proactive in exploring new technologies, design methodologies, and products to stay ahead of trends.
Familiarity with React Native.
Experience in AI knowledge processing or document management products is a plus.
