The Swenson College of Science and Engineering at the University of Minnesota Duluth is seeking an Iron Range Professional Engineering Program Coordinator. This position is a key figure in advancing and managing specialized STEM education programs and outreach initiatives in the Iron Range region. The role focuses primarily on program development, curriculum design, outreach, and industry collaboration. The incumbent serves as a key liaison between regional industries, graduate students, SCSE professional programs, and regional colleges to ensure educational offerings meet the evolving needs of the community.
This position emphasizes program and curriculum design as well as outreach; teaching responsibilities will be minimal and will not constitute the majority of the position's duties. The coordinator will provide expert guidance in the design and development of educational initiatives, aligning them with SCSE objectives and regional requirements.
This is a full-time, 10-month annually renewable P&A position. The salary range for this position is $80,000 to $90,0000 annually, depending on qualifications and experience. The primary location for this position is the Iron Range region in Minnesota with a hybrid schedule.

What you'll need:
Advanced degree in relevant field, and at least 6 years of experience. Significant recognition in the field may be considered as some type of substitution. Evidence of skills and successful accomplishments in areas similar to specific job responsibilities.
