Position SummaryThe Braze CRM Specialist will be responsible for executing data-driven campaigns, configuring the Braze platform, and analyzing engagement metrics. Youll play a vital role in helping us develop a more robust relationship with our users, ensuring consistent and impactful messaging across all touchpoints.Key ResponsibilitiesCampaign ManagementDesign, execute, and manage multi-channel campaigns (push notifications, in-app messages, SMS, email) using Braze.Segment audiences and personalize communication based on user behavior, preferences, and lifecycle stage.Develop automation workflows to optimize customer engagement and improve retention.Data & ReportingAnalyze CRM performance and campaign effectiveness, reporting insights to stakeholders.Use Brazes analytics tools to track key performance metrics and adjust strategies based on data-driven insights.Conduct A/B testing on campaigns to continually optimize performance and engagement.Cross-functional CollaborationWork closely with marketing, product, and analytics teams to align CRM initiatives with overall business goals.Partner with content and design teams to create compelling, on-brand assets for CRM campaigns.RequirementsExperience2-4 years of experience in CRM, marketing automation, or email marketing, with a strong preference for experience working with Braze.Proven track record of managing successful multi-channel campaigns and customer lifecycle programs.Technical SkillsProficiency in Braze platform, including campaign setup, segmentation, and automation workflows.Familiarity with HTML/CSS for email template customization.Strong analytical skills, including experience using Braze's reporting and analytics tools.Other SkillsExcellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Strong attention to detail, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.Effective communication and collaboration skills, with experience working across teams.Preferred QualificationsExperience with Braze CRM SystemExperience in the tech or social gaming industry is a plus.Knowledge of SQL and experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau) is a bonus. recblid gfgf825jtg6q3tsn04awt3yxdkavyl
