Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Temporary Records Associate to join our team, responsible for managing, organizing, and maintaining records with accuracy and efficiency. This role will support daily operations by ensuring that all documents are properly filed, accessible, and secure, contributing to our high standards of information management.
Key Responsibilities:
Organize, maintain, and retrieve records in both physical and digital formats.
Ensure accuracy in filing, labeling, and archiving records according to established protocols.
Assist in scanning, digitizing, and securely storing records as needed.
Support other departments with record requests, ensuring timely and efficient service.
Conduct regular audits to verify records are complete, up-to-date, and compliant with retention policies.
Provide administrative support as needed to enhance team productivity.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in records management, administrative support, or a similar role.
Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
Proficiency in using document management software and MS Office Suite.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
