We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Program Manager to lead the design, implementation and integration of Coupa Expense and Workday with the overall ERP System(SAP, Coupa, SimpleLegal, AsigNet etc). This role will be critical in ensuring a seamless and efficient flow of data between these two critical systems, driving process automation, and improving the overall employee experience. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across DevOps, Finance, HR, and Engineering to deliver a successful integration project.
Project Leadership: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of the Coupa Expense and Workday integration project.
Project Management: Create, track, and manage the project timeline, ensuring it remains accurate and reflects any necessary changes. This includes identifying dependencies, milestones, and critical path activities.
Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document detailed requirements.
Technical Execution: Oversee the technical implementation, including API development, data mapping, and testing.
Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle.
Communication & Collaboration: Effectively communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and leadership.
Vendor Management: Manage relationships with Coupa and Workday, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and user guides.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline and automate processes related to expense management and HR.
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager, with a proven track record of delivering complex integration projects.
Strong understanding of SaaS applications, particularly Coupa Expense and Workday.
Experience with API development and integration technologies (REST, SOAP).
Solid understanding of data management principles and best practices.
Proven project management skills, including experience with project planning tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

Experience in SAP, Coupa or Workday.
Knowledge of finance, HR and accounting principles.
