MUST HAVES:
Ability to troubleshoot desktop and laptop machines and applications
Knowledgeable about network connectivity and software
Strong experience with troubleshooting pc, network, and printers
Previous experience with ticketing systems
Excellent customer service experience
Strong soft skills (communication and ability to work well with a team)
Day to day:
This candidate will be Providing IT support within a corporate environment in Orlando, FL -- handling IT tickets within the ticketing system's queue, software/hardware installations, and computer refreshes. This role will be working Monday-Friday from 9am-6pm, on-site in Orlando, FL. On a day to day basis you will be responsible for level 2 hands-on support, thereby troubleshooting desktop/laptop machines, printers and applications, as well as providing network connectivity support.
