Job purpose: Provide Equipment/Parts quotes and Warranty Support for large accounts
Job duties and responsibilities:
Generate quotes of industrial fans and other equipment.
Generate parts quotes for industrial fans and other equipment.
Handle warranty claims for a large accounts
Learn how to select industrial fans and other industrial equipment to generate the quotes for this equipment
Required qualifications:
Supporting clients: Assisting clients with service needs, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues
Collaborating with account managers: Working with account managers to align services with customer goals, and to develop new and renewal business
Communicating with customers: Educating customers about coverages, exclusions, and exposures
Preparing proposals: Preparing proposals and applications, and submitting them to customers
Working remotely with efficiency in a part time position.
Implementing warranty claims: Understanding what is included with our warranties, initiating a warranty claim, and closing warranty claims.
Preferred qualifications: 3 to 5 years of experience in customer service for equipment and parts sales. Location in middle or western TN.
Working conditions: The ability to work remotely and be able to visit the Nashville and Memphis offices for training. Some additional travel is required for training and visiting major customers.
