Blue Sky Tie Down Systems is growing its customer base, and we are seeking a dedicated Assistant Project Manager to join our team of professionals. The Assistant Project Manager should have previous experience or knowledge in construction, be organized, motivated, detail-oriented and driven. This position can be a stepping stone for your career to grow into a Project Manager. We are looking for someone who is excited and eager to work for Blue Sky as we continue to grow in the multi-family construction supplier industry.
Responsibilities:
Work with the Project Manager to plan and schedule a project to ensure deadlines are met
Communicate the status of the project to the key individuals
Assist the Project Manager coordinate with all departments to ensure the correct product is delivered within the scheduled time.
Work with customers to make sure that all on-site problems are resolved/addressed in a timely manner.
Complete tasks provided by Project Manager, including but not limited to, creating files, creating schedule of values, reviewing takeoffs, creating lists, calling customers, sending emails, etc.
Qualifications:
Proficient with Microsoft products (Excel/Word/Outlook)
Proficient Communication Skills
Familiarity with blueprints and ability to read plans
1 - 3 years of construction experience preferred
1 - 3 years Customer Service based Experience preferred.
Associates / Bachelor degree - Or experience in Construction
