POSITION OVERVIEWWe are looking for a highly technical, collaborative and detail-oriented Financial Reporting Manager to join our US Accounting & Finance team to play a key role in supporting our rapidly growing business. This role is responsible for the management reporting for the US PMY subsidiaries. You will review the accounting and finance activities, ensuring the management reporting for each entity is prepared correctly and on a timely basis. Additionally, you will have input on ensuring the most effective systems and financial architectures are in place to support our growth. The role will play a pivatal role in supporting the operations of our business by providing meaningful information as well as driving the budgeting and forecasting processes across our US businesses.RESPONSIBILITIES Ownership of the accuracy and timeliness of day-to-day financial data and the related control function across the PMY US businesses (supported by the Controller). Ensure all operational, transactional, and other accounting functions are being performed timely and accurately. Review and ensure that balance sheet reconciliations are completed on a timely basis with reconciling items investigated and resolved. Perform financial and comparative analysis in order to provide insights to support the performance of the business. Support compliance related activities for the PMY US entities including tax, risk and supporting the Group audit. Contributing to the financial integration of our US businesses (including any future acquisitions) by ensuring the consistent application of policies, systems and processes across the region and within the wider PMY Group. Assist with system improvement initiatives including (but not limited to) ERP roll-out within the US and specific US finance system improvements and changes. Growth opportunity to contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and modelling tools as well as providing financial information to US executives and management. CPA (or equivalent overseas qualification) Public Accounting experience preferred Strong (5+ years) progressive experience, including 2+ years in a senior financial accounting role is preferred.
