Data Entry/Customer Service (Ongoing Contract) at Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC in Skokie, Illinois

Job Description:

A healthcare company located in Skokie is looking for a seasonal Data Entry/ Customer Service position due to their busy season. This position will work through March, and it is on-site Monday-Friday. The hours are 8:00am-5:00pm.


Key Responsibilities:

• Data entry: Accurately input and update information in company systems, maintain records, and ensure data integrity.


• Customer service: Answer phone calls, emails, and live chats, assist customers with inquiries, and troubleshoot issues.


• Run reports as requested.


• Perform administrative duties as assigned.

Preferred Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (required)


• 1+ years of experience in customer service and/or data entry


• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)


• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills


• Healthcare experience preferred
