Job Summary:
The Application Administrator will be responsible for managing and administering a suite of critical applications utilized within an IT Shared Services environment that supports three two-year state colleges which are part of the Texas State University System. Applications include TeamDynamix, Adobe Creative Cloud Applications, Adobe Sign, Microsoft Forms, Power Automate, Blackboard, Office 365 Applications (OneDrive, Teams, SharePoint), and other campus-specific applications. This role will ensure the optimal performance, security, and integration of these applications. This is an exempt, staff position reporting to the Director of Infrastructure Services.

Education and Experience:Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science or related area with two years of experience OR a related associate degree with three years of experience.
Experience in application administration, IT support, or a related role.
Proficiency in managing and supporting applications such as TeamDynamix, Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe Sign, Microsoft Forms, Power Automate, Office 365 Applications, and other campus applications.
Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse environment and engage effectively with various stakeholders.
Familiarity with IT service management frameworks and best practices.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience administering TeamDynamix or similar IT ticketing systems such as ServiceNow, Zendesk, Jira, and/or Freshservice.
Knowledge of project management principles and tools.
Familiarity with accessibility standards and best practices in higher education.
