Job Summary / Basic Function:
Job Summary:The Instructor of Cyber Security and Networking Technology's responsibilities include, but are not limited to, providing instruction for students enrolled in Cyber Security and Networking Technology (CSNT), including dual enrolled high school students; maintaining office hours; and teaching extended day classes, labs, and hybrid/online courses, as required, both on campus and at alternate locations. This individual also helps coordinate and attend advisory committee meetings; attends workshops, seminars, and conferences to upgrade teaching skills; assists in the development of curriculum, as needed; and maintain program computer labs. All LIT faculty are responsible for recruitment and retention as a part of achieving the Institute's Shared Vision of Growth and Excellence.
