Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accounting Manager to lead our accounting team. The ideal candidate will oversee all accounting operational and financial processes, ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, cost control, and compliance with both internal policies and external regulations. The Accounting Manager will collaborate with the Controller to develop warehouse operational metrics to monitor and analyze financial performance. Key Responsibilities: •Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP. •Manage and supervise daily accounting operations and staff, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger functions. •Oversee the month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring timely and accurate reporting, including variance analysis and data analyzation. •Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to enhance efficiency, safeguard assets, ensure compliance, and ensure integrity of financial data. •Collaborate with the Controller in annual budgeting and monthly financial forecasts, monitoring financial performance against projections. •Coordinate and liaise with internal/external auditors during audits and ensure timely completion of all audit requirements. •Analyze cost drivers and work with procurement and facility management to identify areas for cost reduction. •Maintain compliance with tax regulations and manage tax filings and documentation. •Manage ERP system for cost allocations and financial accuracy. •Support special projects, AFEs, and ad hoc financial analysis requests.

Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field. Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) a plus. •10+ years of accounting experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial role. •Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices (GAAP). •High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and adaptability to process changes required. •Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot tables, Vlookups, data analysis, a must), experience with financial modeling, familiarity with ERP systems, data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). Familiarity with OneStream is a plus. Experience with system conversions a plus. •Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with ability to interpret complex data and translate into actionable insights. •Strong leadership and team management abilities. •Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to present complex financial information clearly and concisely.
