Voyatek is seeking applicants to occupy the position of Business Test / Analyst within our team. This role offers remote work opportunities. Associates will work under the guidance of Senior Business / Test Analysts to develop their skills and gain valuable experience. This role is ideal for individuals looking to enhance their technical and analytical abilities in a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in Joint Application Development (JAD) sessions by providing support in documentation and meeting coordination.
- Perform regression testing to ensure the stability and quality of the system during changes or enhancements.
- Contribute to test automation efforts by writing scripts and executing test cases for low-risk areas.
- Support the team in analyzing business requirements and preparing related documentation.
Qualifications:
- A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Analysis, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of software development or business analysis principles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic work environment.
Desire Skills:
- Familiarity with testing methodologies, basic automation tools, and documentation practices.
The wage range for this role considers the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions. This includes, but is not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and geographic location. At Voyatek, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current annual range is $47,000 to $73,000. This position may be eligible for a discretionary bonus. This position is classified as exempt.
