International consumer products company located in the South Bay is looking for a Temporary A/P Specialist. In this position, the Temporary Accounts Payable (A/P) Clerk will be responsible for handling high-volume accounts payable (A/P) processes - 3 way & inventory invoice matching, invoice coding, vendor management, payment reporting, etc. The Temporary Accounts Payable (A/P) Clerk will also assist with month-end, reconcile invoices via Excel, generating financial documents, and data entry.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration is a plus but not required.
At least two years of high volume accounts payable experience (i.e., 300 - 400+ invoices/week).
Knowledge of 3-way inventory PO matching is essential.
Good systems and strong MS Office (i.e., Word, Excel, etc.) skills are important.
Good analytical, problem-solving and communication skills are also required.
Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.
Paying up to $26/hr.
