Job Description:

• Applicants will be considered for openings for entry level non-skilled general labor while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures in any department that may include, but are not limited to, Live Receiving, Evisceration, Dark Meat, White Meat, and Boxing.


• This position may require bending, stoop, twist, reach above, reach across, use repetitive motion, carry up to 50 pounds and be able to stand for a minimum of 9 hours daily.


• This position will be exposed on a routine basis to adverse temperatures ranging from hot/warm 80-90° F, damp and dusty; to cold 20-40° F, damp and wet. In addition, this position may require the use of a straight or wizard knife.

Requirements:

• 
  Prior Employee Waiting Period: If you were previously employed at Tyson, there's a 90-day waiting period before you can reapply.


• 
  Number of Times Worked at Tyson: You can apply if you've worked at Tyson no more than three times.


• 
  Failed Drug Screen - if you had a failed drug screen, you must wait 6 months before reapplying.
