An exciting new Assistant Program Director opportunity exists for an Independently Licensed Clinician to become part of the management team at our Braintree Outpatient Clinic!
Under the direction of, and in collaboration with the Braintree Outpatient Program Director, responsibilities include:
Supporting and overseeing operations of the Braintree Outpatient Clinic and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) Teams
Providing clinical and administrative management of clinical services with the goal of providing high quality service
Working with the Program Director to ensure fiscal management of the program and proper use of programs finances are adhered to, along with productivity goals being met
In collaboration with the Program Director and Human Resources, will address staff performance issues and follow progressive discipline as appropriate.
Ensuring that compliance, quality, regulatory and managed care standards are met
Collaborating and coordinating care with other Aspire Health Alliance programs
Working with the Program Director on program development and marketing
Providing clinical supervision to DBT Clinicians and Clinic Clinicians as assigned
Master's degree required with independent license
Required Skills
Strong leadership skills and an ability to balance administrative needs with staff concerns
Ability to work effectively and respectfully with staff, interns, individuals, and referring agencies
Must demonstrate an ability to work flexibly and collaboratively as a member of the outpatient management team
Excellent writing skills and attention to detail
Strong presentation and training skills
Required Experience
1-3 years of previous clinical and administrative experience managing mental health programs
Experience with managing and providing clinical services to children, adolescents, adults and families
Masters degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology or other mental health discipline is required
Independent Licensure required such as LICSW, LMHC or LMFT
CANS Certification
