The Program Manager position is a leadership role overseeing multiple projects to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives. This position involves leading cross functional teams and resources, setting program standards, and evaluating progress to ensure successful outcomes across the value chain. The Program Manager is also responsible for updating senior leadership on project progress, ensuring the smooth running of operations under their control, and providing input on new projects, programs, and initiatives. Responsibilities include planning and executing complex programs/projects, defining and overseeing project scope, adhering to strict deadlines and budgets, and driving accountability throughout with relevant reporting and KPIs.


The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, organizational and teamwork skills, attention to detail, and a sense of urgency. In addition to overseeing program success, the Program Manager serves as a change champion, identifying optimization opportunities, implementing best practices, and enhancing program management capabilities. The successful candidate thrives in a dynamic environment, navigating evolving priorities with balanced approach.


Here’s What You’ll Get To Do



  • Develop and implement comprehensive, achievable program and project plans, including scope, budget, resources, goals, deliverables, and timelines.

  • Lead cross-functional teams, providing clear direction, support, and motivation to ensure program and project success.

  • Optimize project resources utilization and efficiency.

  • Assess and mitigate risks to achieve project outcomes.

  • Coordinate interaction and documentation processes between departments, customers, and organizational leaders to effectively manage cross-functional projects in parallel.

  • Set and continuously manage project expectations, priorities, and urgency with team members and stakeholders. 


Here’s What We’re Looking For



  • Bachelor's degree in manufacturing engineering, supply chain, or business

  • APICS CPIM certified and/or Six Sigma Black belt preferred

  • PMP Certification preferred

  • Progressive experience in program and project management, ideally managing integrated commercial, operations, and technical programs across the value chain

  • Proficient with MS Office Suite (Project, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Power BI).

  • Proven expertise leading cross-functional teams and delivering results through teambuilding and collaboration

  • Strong organizational and Operational Excellence acumen

  • Strong interpersonal communication and facilitation skills

Travel required: 30-40%
