For this U.S. based position, the expected compensation range is $22 - $27 per hour. In addition, this position is eligible for overtime pay and recognition programs.

The compensation rate for this position is for candidates located within the United States. Individual pay is determined by several factors including knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Schneider Electric has a new opportunity for a Summer 2025 Industrialization Intern. The selected candidate will join our team based in Foxborough, MA or Lake Forest, CA. You will work with a team responsible for introducing new offers in manufacturing plants, working alongside design centers. This position will be under the direction of a full-time Test Engineer or Electronics Engineer.

What will you do?


  • Assist in the Development of new equipment, project managing and technical support for NPI

  • Collaborating with product design teams to optimize designs for manufacturability and scalability.

  • Developing and implementing manufacturing processes and systems for new products.

  • Conducting feasibility studies and risk assessments for new manufacturing processes.

  • Optimizing production layouts and workflow for efficiency and quality.

  • Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs.



What qualifications will make you successful for this role?

  • Current student pursing a degree in Electronics Engineering or a related field

  • Local to Lake Forest, CA or Foxborough, MA. This position does not provide relocation.
