We are seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technicians to join our team! You will be responsible for installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining production and facility equipment.

Responsibilities:


  • Repair, install, and maintain production machines and the plant facility's equipment.
  • Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production and performs scheduled maintenance repairs of production equipment during machine service.
  • Perform routine preventative maintenance on machines, equipment, and plant facilities.
  • Perform simple machinist duties and responsibilities.
  • Respond to work order requests in a timely fashion.
  • Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and make adjustments.
  • Perform mechanic skills including and not limited to, mechanical, electrical, PLC, pneumatic, hydraulic, troubleshooting and repair of production machines.
  • Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.
  • Use a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters and material handling equipment in performing duties.
  • Detect faulty operations, defective material and report those and any unusual situations to proper supervision.
  • Adhere to all safety policies and procedures and maintain clean and orderly work areas.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent, or AA degree in mechanical, electrical or industrial maintenance preferred
  • 3+ years of manufacturing experience, strong hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical and industrial skills with PLC experience
  • Experience with injection molding
  • Welding experience preferred
  • Familiarity with industrial tools and equipment
  • Ability to handle physical workload

Job Type: Full-time

Pay range: We will consider all hourly pay rates depending on experience.

Flexibility to work needed overtime is required.
