The Account Manager II, Physician & Leadership develops effective partnerships with facility client administrators and decision-makers. You will use a consultative approach to secure new contracts, increase customer share with current accounts, and generate and fill orders to ultimately drive growth in revenue and market share.
Job Responsibilities
Establishes and cultivates long-term, effective partnerships with facility clients to gain in-depth knowledge of their current staffing trends, and future needs.
Prioritizes leads generated to prospect and qualify facility clients.
Negotiates contract terms (i.e. bill rates and other language and metrics) with client contacts and prepares new client contracts.
Updates all internal collaborators in real time using placement statuses and tasks in order to deliver the most qualified candidates to the client on time.
Identifies and pursues opportunities during client interactions to introduce new or different Physician and Leadership business solutions, and/or cross-sell solutions with other AMN divisions.
Key Skills
Must possess a strong understanding of project management expectations
Experience managing both clients and candidates throughout the search process
Able to handle critical information and confidential situations on occasion
Ability to meet deadlines, multi-task, and accomplish work in order of priority
Outstanding interpersonal skills, with the ability to build a rapport with people on all levels
Qualifications
Education & Years of Experience
Associate's Degree plus 5-7 years of work experience OR High School Diploma/GED plus 7-9 years of work experience
Additional Experience
Experience in a client-facing role
Experience in sales or account management
Work Environment / Physical Requirements
Work is performed in an office/home office environment.
Team Members must have the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards.

Pay Rate
$47,500 - $59,000 Salary Final pay rate is dependent on experience, training, education, and location.
