Kroger is looking for current college students who are interested in gaining on the job training, mentorship, and real-world experience in their field of choice.
The Kroger Spring Internship Program is a 15 week immersive experience that offers students an opportunity to grow their careers through a variety of focused internship assignments. Spring 2025 dates: January 13 - April 25.

Open to all majors, must be actively pursuing a degree at an accredited college or university with a preferred GPA of 3.2

Intern will work with Kroger Corporate Office Retail Operations department, working with managers, to gain an understanding of the Retail Operations department. Demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion and safety. Part-time or Full-time opportunity depending on class schedule and availability.
Apply theoretical concepts acquired in the classroom to retail operations line of business
Interact with all business sections of the Retail Operations department and other corporate groups
Assist the Retail Operations team with daily tasks and gain understanding of the responsibilities and retail business
Assist with the maintenance and improvement of business reporting functions
Support the teams' projects
Participate in weekly department meetings
Travel to off-site locations as required
Complete specific internship assignments, as requested
Complete cumulative project (summary of internship accomplishments) and presents to leadership team or appropriate managers
