The Kroger Summer Internship Program is a 12-week immersive experience that offers students an opportunity to grow their careers through a variety of focused internship assignments. Summer 2025 dates: May 19 - August 8.

• Open to all majors, must be actively pursuing a degree at an accredited college or university with a preferred GPA of 3.2
• Highly motivated student with the desire to take initiative on their own work
• Ability to respond to changing business priorities
• Excellent oral/written communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to preserve confidentiality of information
• Accuracy and attention to detail

Intern will work with Kroger Corporate Office Retail Operations department, working with managers, to gain an understanding of the Retail Operations department. Demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion and safety. Part-time or Full-time opportunity depending on class schedule and availability.

• Apply theoretical concepts acquired in the classroom to retail operations line of business
• Interact with all business sections of the Retail Operations department and other corporate groups
• Assist the Retail Operations team with daily tasks and gain understanding of the responsibilities and retail business
• Assist with the maintenance and improvement of business reporting functions
• Support the teams' projects
• Participate in weekly department meetings
• Travel to off-site locations as required
• Complete specific internship assignments, as requested
• Complete cumulative project (summary of internship accomplishments) and presents to leadership team or appropriate managers
• Must be able to perform the essential job functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation
