Russian River Brewing Company is hiring a Colorado Territory Manager to join our amazing sales team! This position's primary duties include managing our wholesale distribution partners while providing excellent customer service to all on/off premise accounts ensuring RRBCs high quality standards are maintained throughout the 3-tier distribution system.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Establish and maintain a close working relationship with RRBCs valued wholesale partners and accountsRespond in a timely manner to customer feedback, complaints, and inquiries with compassion and professional courtesyPrepare and make presentations to distributor sales teams and RRBC managementManage inventory at the distributor and account levelWork with the distributor(s) to pre-sell all RRBC products prior to shipmentsManage allocations for all RRBC products in your assigned territory and communicate any changes in a timely manner to distributor partner and accountsVisit on/off-premise account partners a minimum of 3 days a weekPlan and execute monthly market visits to outlying territoriesMaximize the customer experience from distributor to consumerEmbrace and communicate RRBCs company cultureFollow up on complaints and ongoing issues with bootleggingAssist the distributor sales team in the day-to-day management of RRBCs message and quality standardsMonitor and analyze sales data and market trendsObserve all state and federal laws pertaining to the sale, merchandising, and promotion of RRBC productsAll other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 3 years of experience in supplier and distributor sales; preferably in the Colorado marketFamiliarity with office suite including Outlook and ExcelCurrent/valid Drivers License with a clean driving recordMust be at least 21 years of ageRequires occasional weekend and/or evening work
PHYSICAL DEMANDS & WORKING CONDITIONS
Outside sales employees play a crucial role in driving revenue and expanding the customer base for the company. This role involves a combination of driving, customer interaction, product demonstration, and promotional activities, requiring strong interpersonal skills, effective time management, and adaptability to various working conditions. Sales positions involve the delivery of products and promotional items such as posters, taps, coasters, and other marketing materials. Employees need to load and unload these items from vehicles, occasionally lifting or carrying items weighing up to 55 pounds and manipulating or moving items up to 155 pounds with or without assistance.
