What we are looking for:
We are looking for a dedicated Store Manager who is responsible, has a passion for
service, a deep understanding of our guests and communities and who will inspire,
motivate, and encourage team work. You will lead your team to deliver an exceptional
guest experience, ensure smooth store operations, and contribute to the growth of our
brand.

Requirements:
- 3+ years of management experience in the food & beverage industry, with a
strong understanding of operations and team leadership.
- A passion for people and a commitment to creating a positive team culture.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to connect with both guests and
team members.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask
and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% to support other stores and the broader Feng Cha
community.
- Financial acumen with experience in managing budgets, forecasting, and driving
sales growth.
What you will do:
- Lead and inspire your team
o Create a positive environment where all team members feel valued and
motivated.
o Recruit, train, and develop team members to ensure they have the skills
and knowledge to succeed.
o Provide ongoing feedback, coaching, and performance evaluations to help
your team grow.
- Deliver outstanding guest experiences:
o Ensure every guest feels welcomed, appreciated, and leaves with a smile.
o Maintain high standards for product quality and service excellence.
o Handle guest feedback and resolve issues with professionalism and care.
- Manage store operations:
o Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management,
ordering, and scheduling.
o Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and company
policies.
o Manage store financials, including sales goals, budgeting, and cost control.
- Field visits & brand support:
o Conduct field visits to other Feng Cha locations to support their operations
and share best practices.
o Work closely with other store managers and the corporate team to ensure
consistency in brand standards across all locations.
o Assist with the launch of new stores and provide on-site support during
peak times or special events.
- Drive store success:
o Analyze store performance metrics and develop action plans to achieve
sales and profitability goals.
o Implement marketing initiatives and community engagement efforts to
increase store visibility and customer loyalty.
o Stay up-to-date on industry trends and bring fresh ideas to enhance the
guest experience.
