Accurate and timely completion of full service route accounting including the inputting of service transactions, editing all input, researching discrepancies, updating, and running all respective reports.
REPRESENTATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES:
The following responsibilities are general duties that a particular employee in this position may or may not be required to perform. The actual duties required of this position will vary.
Input all full service transactions, edits all input, researches discrepancies and prints all respective reports.
Enters customer and product maintenance, updates machine location, inputs machine installations and closeouts.
Receive and verify drivers' deposits, verify paperwork, and ensure all tickets are received.
Process bill of ladings; mail, e-mail, and fax final invoices.
Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION:
2+ years of route accounting experience OR 4+ years of directly applicable experience.
Experience with confidential files, documents and other information.
Related training or certification.
