Responsibilities:
Provide technical expertise in Predictive Maintenance (PdM) technologies for combat vehicles as part of the Digital Systems Software Engineering (DSSE) team.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver PdM capabilities and software products, integrating and testing them at the subsystem and vehicle level.
Implement condition monitoring systems and analyze sensor data to forecast equipment health and identify potential failures.
Develop and apply predictive models to forecast equipment failure and maintenance needs.
Prepare documentation and reports on PdM activities, including equipment health, predictive analytics, and system performance.
Provide technical support for installing, configuring, maintaining, and updating PdM tools and software systems.
Continuously research and improve PdM processes and technologies, staying up-to-date with the latest innovations.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field).
Experience: Minimum of 3 years in Maintenance or Reliability Engineering.
Proficiency in data analysis tools (Python, R, MATLAB) and machine learning techniques.
Strong technical skills in troubleshooting hardware and software related to PdM systems.
Familiarity with sensors, data acquisition systems, and condition monitoring techniques (e.g., vibration analysis, thermography).
Experience with maintenance management software (CMMS, EMS) and PdM software.
Strong data analysis, machine learning, and predictive modeling skills.
Knowledge of networking principles as applied to connected maintenance systems.
Ability to create and maintain technical documentation and user guides.
Certifications (Preferred):
Certified Maintenance and Reliability Technician (CMRT) or Certified Reliability Engineer (CRE).
Machine learning or data science certification (Certified Analytics Professional, CAP).

May require eligibility to obtain a U.S. security clearance (Non-U.S. Citizens may not be eligible).
