What You Will Do
As a Senior Quality Engineer, you'll play a pivotal role in maximizing customer satisfaction and loyalty by integrating quality principles throughout the product lifecycle. Your responsibilities include:
Leading advanced quality planning to optimize processes and systems.
Conducting structured problem-solving and lean techniques for continual improvement.
Driving quality training, coaching, and audits to uphold standards.
Independently managing projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to specifications and technical standards.
Collaborating cross-functionally to accomplish tasks and build relationships.
What You Will Bring
Required Education: Engineering Degree.
Required Certification: ASQ CQE required within 18 months of hiring.
Required Experience: 5-7 years of engineering experience.
Knowledge of formal RCA, tools 5Y or 8D.
Experience with robust corrective actions.
Knowledge of FMEA, SPC, MSA, Pareto Analysis, Production Part Approval.

The expected annual base salary range for this role is $90,000 - $110,000. Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
