The Associate Civil Engineer - Asset Management is a ground-level opportunity at a new company looking to create and capitalize on a new marketplace. The Associate Civil Engineer - Asset Management will assist in the project team in the project development process, keeping projects moving forward while also assisting with project procurement. Essential Functions
Asset Management Strategy Development: Collaborate with the Avenew team to understand their asset management needs and develop tailored strategies to optimize asset performance, reliability, and longevity.
Solution Design and Implementation: Design and implement asset management solutions, including the integration of technology and new processes. Ensure solutions are aligned with the latest trends in industry best practices and client requirements.
Data Analysis and Reporting: Conduct data analysis to monitor asset performance and identify areas for improvement. Generate detailed reports and provide actionable insights to team.
Technical Support and Troubleshooting: Provide technical support to our team, troubleshooting and resolving issues related to asset management systems and solutions.
Client Training and Education: Assist in developing and delivering training programs to educate clients on the effective use of asset management tools and techniques.
Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in asset management. Continuously seek opportunities to enhance our solutions and services.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure a seamless client experience and successful project outcomes.
Education Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in civil or construction engineering is required
Experience Qualifications
1-2 years of experience in the transportation or construction industry preferred.

Licenses and Certifications
