Job Description:

Bookkeeper/Office Manager
Immediate opening for an experienced bookkeeper and office manager for small accounting office.

Excellent income and benefit package.

Duties include preparing deposits to go to the bank.
Prepare payroll and vendor checks. Time & Billing records, expenses compiling & reconciling.
Prepare Payroll tax reports, W2s 1099s etc.
Database management. Client customer service and reporting. Engagement letters to clients,
Notarizing documents, managing emails, phone, mail, etc. Soft IT: software renewals, backup, troubleshooting. General office support duties,
correspondence, vendor correspondence, supplies, and equipment needs for office.

Must have good computer and software skills, communication and administration
abilities.
