Duties include preparing deposits to go to the bank. Prepare payroll and vendor checks. Time & Billing records, expenses compiling & reconciling. Prepare Payroll tax reports, W2s 1099s etc. Database management. Client customer service and reporting. Engagement letters to clients, Notarizing documents, managing emails, phone, mail, etc. Soft IT: software renewals, backup, troubleshooting. General office support duties, correspondence, vendor correspondence, supplies, and equipment needs for office.
Must have good computer and software skills, communication and administration abilities.
