Purpose and Scope:
The Dreamer Coordinator (DACA, Dreamer, International, ALANA, and LQBTQ+) will assist students with their unique personal, social academic, and financial concerns. This includes outreach and advocacy on behalf of DACA, Dreamer, International, ALANA, and LGBTQ+ students by working to ensure that they feel supported and assisting them with gaining access to campus and community resources.
Duties and Responsibilities:

The Dreamer Coordinator will have various administrative responsibilities, such as sending new hire orientation emails, keeping track of new hire and end dates, ensuring accurate clock-ins and outs for hourly employees, and summarizing employee hours every week.
Oversee managing equipment inventory, checking in and checking out laptops and jetpacks.
Handling IT tickets for events and assisting with travel paperwork.
Maintains a high level of confidentiality and tactfulness in accordance with FERPA requirements and college policies.
Replies timely to inquiries (by phone, in person, and by email), selecting relevant data from a variety of sources and directs inquiries to appropriate person and/or unit.
May assist in managing the related calendar of events and deadlines, and scheduling meetings.
High level of attention to detail and ensures accuracy of work.
Provide necessary forms to students/employees and assist with completion of forms.
Assist in creating letters, reports, and minutes from rough drafts utilizing word processing skills.
Assists the HSI Grants team members with other various tasks.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
