As the Rental Manager, you will oversee daily operations of the rental department, ensuring exceptional customer experiences and efficient management of rental agreements and vehicle inspections.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service: Provide outstanding service to all customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Rental Management: Ensure all rental agreements are completed accurately and explained thoroughly to customers.
Vehicle Inspections: Conduct pre and post-trip inspections, ensuring vehicles are clean and in good condition.
Funds Handling: Accurately manage and record all transactions, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
Administrative Duties: Maintain accurate vehicle records, generate reports, and manage reservations.
Fleet Maintenance: Monitor vehicle condition, track damages, and coordinate necessary repairs.
