Job Summary:
We are looking for a creative and talented Digital Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing engaging and innovative digital content that aligns with our brand and meets user needs. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating visually appealing and user-friendly websites.
Responsibilities:
Manage and Design the E-commerce website to ensure a pleasant customer experience and ease of use. Ensure a smooth flow between web pages and easy checkout process.Design visually stunning websites that are user-friendly and responsive across various devices.Manage and update website content, including weekly banners, promotional e-blasts, and promotion codes.Oversee the company's social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.), including creating collaborations with influencers to promote products.Design seasonal lookbooks, line sheets, brochures, media kits, and trade show signage.Retouch and edit photos to maintain high visual standards.Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.Write, design, build and maintain Centinela Feed & Pet Supplies website using authoring or scripting languages, content creation tools, management tools and digital media to ensure cross-platform compatibility, establishing links by registering with search engines.Design and implement email marketing programs and content.Provide content and feedback for digital marketing campaigns.Collaborate with the marketing team and management team on design for Centinela Feed & Pet Supplies website, images, icons, promos and ad banners, seasonal content updates, special promotion material and other content as needed.Write, design, and code succinct, informative, engaging digital communications.Responsible for front-end development and multimedia content development.Evaluate code to ensure it is valid, is properly structured, meets industry standards and is compatible with browsers, devices, or operating systems.Identify problems uncovered in testing or customer feedback, and correct problems or refer problems to appropriate personnel for correction.Confer with management to prioritize needs, resolve conflict, develop content criteria, or choose solutions.Incorporate technical considerations into web site design plans, such as budgets, equipment, performance requirements, or legal issues including accessibility and privacy.Maintain understanding of current web technologies or programming practices through continuing education, reading or participation in professional conferences, workshops, or groups.Perform other duties as needed as directed by supervision or management.
Requirements:
Ability to interact with all employee levels and build positive / effective partnerships in a fast-paced, changing environment.Self-directed with the ability to manage multiple tasks, organize, and prioritize.Outstanding written, verbal communication and collaborative skills.Ability to work independently with demonstrated evidence of detail-orientation (error free work), multi-tasking, problem solving skills, and meeting deadlines.Flexibility to work overtime when needed.Associate degree or two-years of college level course work in communication, graphic arts, advertising journalism, or related field.2 years of experience web design, graphic design, and information architecture.Demonstrated experience in information interface design and project management.High-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, and proficiency in HTML, CSS, Java Script, JQuery, Flash and Visual Studio.Experience with Sales Force Commerce Cloud.Experience with managing Klaviyo, or similar email marketing system.Familiarity with META, Google, and YELP, paid advertising platforms.Ability to troubleshoot issues, and work with ecommerce team to resolve.Occasionally lift and/or move up to 30 pounds.
