As Systemic Family Therapist in Nystrom & Associates Community Based division, youll work in our CTSS (Childrens Therapeutic Support Services) program. You will have the opportunity to implement high-quality, culturally sensitive mental health services to high-risk youth and their families in a community-based setting, primarily the clients home. We are looking for a compassionate individual who wants to make a meaningful difference in the lives of the clients we serve.

In this role, youll have the opportunity to:
Provide culturally responsive mental health skills to children, adolescents and their families in the homeAssist children, adolescents and their families in identifying goals for functional improvement and work with them to meet their goalsComplete diagnostic assessments and design and implement treatment/intervention reflective of the childs, adolescents and families needsReceive clinical supervision from a qualified staff, and obtain continuing education unitsEmployees pursuing professional licensureare eligible to participate in Nystrom & Associates Professional Development Track. The Professional Development Track gives early career therapists the opportunity to work as an Outpatient Therapist after 9 months of providing ARMHS services. This track also has a specific focus on continuing education and an emphasis on training and advancement.Attend Weekly consults with NAL SFT Team (colleagues, SFT consults, and SFT coordinator)Attend monthly meetings with countries statewide to coordinate SFT servicesProvide weekly reports to the county regarding client/family's needs/progress/regressionCollaborate with social workers/case manager, doctor, probation officers, Mental health provider, teachers , and other collaterals to monitor the well-being and safety of client/familiesEngage in the CIBS (Collaborative Intensive Bridging Services) model
