Job Description:
EPIC SUPPORT ANALYST - 1 Full Time opening Successful candidate must have solid experience & advanced knowledge of: - High School Diploma or equivalent.
- High level of technical computer skills.
- Previous EHR experience required.
- Strong organizational, communication (oral and written), presentation and interpersonal skills and adult teaching techniques.
Successful candidate must be able to perform primary functions of the position: - Dedicated to assisting support to end-users during Practice Management (PM) and Electronic Health Record (HER) implementations.
- Serve as onsite application expert.
- Provide end user training and support, including on-call support schedule.
- Provide technical support for testing and for maintaining member-managed components of the software.
- Attending all OCHIN meetings, workgroups, and learning forums offered.
- These functions are not all inclusive.
