Responsibilities
In this highly visible position, you will be responsible for evaluating, analyzing, and monitoring our market area to ensure our service team meets established goals.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Meeting or exceeding monthly performance targets set by the Operations Manager. This involves collaborating with multiple departments to ensure HVAC objectives are met, identifying issues as they arise, and implementing effective solutions.
Serving as a technical trainer and resource for the sales advisor team, fostering a deep understanding of building science, energy efficiency improvements, and comprehensive knowledge of HVAC options, installations, and best practices. The home should be viewed as an integrated system, emphasizing how all energy efficiency upgrades relate to HVAC solutions.
Recruiting, training, motivating, and guiding each advisor to achieve or surpass their goals.
Leading weekly sales meetings to discuss strategies, competitive advantages, and selling skills.
Meeting with the management team weekly to present accurate reports and insights.
Qualifications
A minimum of 5 years of experience in in-home sales management is required.
A solid understanding of HVAC products, services, and system design is preferred.
Extensive experience in designing and installing HVAC systems or working as a technician in the HVAC field is a plus.
A goal-driven mindset with a desire to excel in a metrics-oriented environment.
A structured thinker capable of viewing problems holistically, breaking them down into manageable components, clearly defining necessary actions for each component, and following through to completion.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, proactively prioritizing based on the company's future needs and effectively communicating the rationale behind those priorities.
Strong computer skills, particularly with MS Office applications, are required. Experience with CRM systems is a plus.
Must possess a strong work ethic, self-discipline, and a genuine desire to succeed.
