Job Description:

Our client is seeking a dedicated and innovative Sr. Product Manager to join their dynamic team. This role is remote and offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development, analysis, and execution of product strategy for the 2026 and 2027 plan years.

As a Sr. Product Manager, you will be part of a team led by a Director and will collaborate with cross-functional partners across Product Management, Marketing, BSI, and Product Capability.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis of our client's IFPs OE25 results to determine the impact on future product strategy
- Review early 2025 vendor partner metrics and performance to support the assessment of product strengths and opportunities
- Develop and analyze financial models reflecting vendor cost estimates to support inputs to IFP financial projections
- Analyze the broader IFP market for trends and patterns to support early direction and capital needs for PY27 product strategy development
- Support the development of product designs, compilation of QHP applications, and submission of plan filings for select states

The ideal candidate will have:
- Strong IFP market knowledge and background
- Robust analytics skills, including data analysis
- Familiarity with health insurance product design
- A mindset that can flex between attention to detail and big picture insights
- Understanding of how to function in the highly matrixed environment of a health insurance line of business
- Ability to present professionally and personably for interactions with internal cross-functional teams and possibly vendor partners
