The Payroll and Benefits Administrator will be responsible for managing the company's payroll processes and administering employee benefits programs. This role requires a high level of accuracy, confidentiality, and excellent communication skills.
What you'll need to succeed
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience as a Payroll and Benefits Administrator or in a similar role, strong knowledge of payroll processes, tax regulations, and benefits administration and proficiency in payroll software.
