Job Description:

Rethink is the leading global provider of online research-based resources to support individuals with developmental disabilities. Our behavioral health platform (http://RethinkBH.com) provides clinical, staff training and practice management tools for private ABA service providers. Our behavioral health division is experiencing growth and therefore, we are looking for the right person to join our implementation team! 

We are looking for a full-time Implementation Specialist. The Implementation Specialist works with our customers to provide software implementation planning, delivers online trainings, conducts Q&A sessions with users and ensures full utilization of the product with assigned accounts. You will also work collaboratively with the product development team on addressing customer needs and new feature requests. 

The ideal candidate will have experience working in the ABA industry in an administrative role. Experience with the day-to-day operations specifically in the areas of scheduling, billing and payroll is highly desirable. Candidates who possess a solid understanding of the insurance funding model would be a plus. Experience using or setting up practice management systems would be even better. 

Reports to: Senior Director of Professional Services 

Responsibilities: 

  • Deliver online training to new customers and assist with implementation planning 

  • Ongoing customer support -- every person at the company makes this a top priority! 

  • Working collaboratively with our product manager, account managers, and sales staff to address customer needs 

  • Managing input and reports with customer relationship management (CRM) system 

  • Creating product training guides and support resources for users

  • Creative problem solver; able to analyze both hard data and people situations 

  • Strong work ethic and follow-up skills; able to work well as a team with staff in the office and field 

  • Organized multi-tasker; able to create spreadsheets, workflows, and manage CRM system 

  • Excellent interpersonal skills in person and (especially) during online trainings 

  • Fast learner 

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field 

  • Must be comfortable working with technology and fluent in Microsoft Office 

  • 1-2 years of experience working as an administrator in the ABA industry preferred 

  • Experience providing training and/or professional development on practice management/Operations processes or best practices 

  • Exceptional presentation skills in various virtual settings ranging from 1:1 sessions to audiences of 25+
