About the position
As the Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing support for various construction projects. The Project Coordinator provides a variety of administrative office, project, and customer support.

Day in the life
Assists with collecting and verifying weekly time sheets to submit to payroll.
Process work orders and prepare invoices for various projects.
Manage incoming invoices and submit them to accounts payable for timely processing.
Facilitate and support new employee onboarding and safety training.
Assist project managers with project start-up and close-out tasks and documentation.
Partner with project managers to properly submit documentation required for permitting, equipment rentals and underground locating.
Manage daily office operations including greeting visitors, ordering supplies, general office organization, and correspondence.
Assist in making travel arrangements as needed.
Partner with leadership to assist with proposals, marketing, and outreach programs.
Minimum Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Minimum 0-2 years of experience coordinating project work or similar roles.
Strong organizational skills, time management, and detail orientation.
Effective communication with employees at all levels. Excellent listening, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
Strong process orientation.
