Job Description:


RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce's client in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a Technical Support Specialist.

Key Tasks:


  • Act as SME for IT shared services and Office 365, developing deep product knowledge and maintaining support documentation

  • As a Technical Support Specialist, you will resolve user issues, provide advanced support, and deliver training on IT systems and Office 365

  • Partner with external vendors to manage releases, changes, and ensure alignment with business strategies

  • Track metrics, analyze system performance, and develop key reports and dashboards







REQUIREMENTS:



  • Bachelor's degree in Organizational Management, IT/Computer Science, or a related field

  • 3+ years of experience in IT support, with expertise in Office 365, Windows systems, SharePoint, Power BI, SQL, Teams, MS Office, and Visio

  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities






The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.



We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
