Galapagos Federal Systems LLC is looking for an enthusiastic, well-qualified individual to fill the level three Executive Administrator position and to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals.
The Executive Administrator will serve as the administrative point of contact at the Counterintelligence and Law Enforcement Directorate, Director Defense Intelligence for Counterintelligence, Law Enforcement, and Security, Office of the Under Secretary of Defense for Intelligence and Security (OUSD(I&S)). This position is part of the counterintelligence and law enforcement technical, policy, and analytical support for the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense (Intelligence & Security) (OUSD(I&S)).
As the Executive Administrator, you will provide staff support and oversight to more than 40 action officers and other staff for all required correspondence actions. These include formal letters, memoranda, read-ahead briefing/meeting packages, activity reports, senior leadership reports, and travel/training/personnel documents. This correspondence is directed to the Director of Defense Intelligence (Counterintelligence, Law Enforcement, and Security) (DDI (CL&S)), Under Secretary of Defense (Intelligence), Secretary and Deputy Secretary of Defense, Congress, the National Counterintelligence Executive, and other Defense, federal government, and Intelligence Community organizations.
Compensation Minimum: $110,000
Compensation Maximum: $120,000
Job Requirements:
Skills / Experience Required
Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information clearance
DoD Experience (Pentagon preferably)
6+ years EA experience serving in a role with similar responsibilities
Maintain daily calendar and ensure operations are done in a timely, professional manner
Arrange for meetings, conferences, and video-teleconferencing; to include taking minutes and maintaining invitations attendee contact rosters
Tasks may include technical writing/editing, editorial consultation, proofreading, or overall documentation review
Ensure documents are prepared in the appropriate DoD format and are free from grammatical errors
Track all Directorate suspense's to ensure timeliness
Compose staffing sheets and other documents
Maintain and update a variety of overarching CI & Law Enforcement's informational binders addressing staff, priorities, quarterly requirements, and other documentation
Serve as division's Records Manager
Prepare and/or oversee travel arrangements CI&LE Director
Education / Certifications
Bachelor's degree is preferred

Security Clearance
Must be a U.S. Citizen. A high-level Department of Defense active security is clearance is required. Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to government information.
Physical Requirements
Work may involve sitting or standing for extended periods of time and typing and reading from a computer screen. The candidate must have enough mobility, including bending, reaching, and kneeling, to complete daily duties in a prompt and efficient manner and that may include lifting to thirty pounds, as necessary.
