Role Description
This is a full time remote role for an Administrative Assistant. Must periodically scan and receive checks and mail in the office. Duties and responsibilities to include taking client phone calls, processing trades, depositing client checks and making cash distributions. Additionally, this person will help manage our team calendar, schedule client meetings, and help prepare reports and correspondence.
Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
An ease and professionalism dealing with clients and partners on the telephone/excellent phone skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
Attention to detail
Previous experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role is not a requirement
Securities Industry Essentials exam/Series 7 exam a plus
