We are a smaller GC in the Tampa Bay area who self performs and carry a crew of in-house carpenters, drywall hangers and finishers. We are a hard-working outfit, but we always find a way to make the job fun.
Looking for an individual entry level for a hybrid position with an opportunity to learn and grow in both a project coordinator and project manager role.
Job Task (But not limited to):
Keep daily records of manpower and projects.
Walk projects to generate punch list or action item list.
Organize subcontractor billing and COI's.
Attending meetings onsite at projects and produce meeting minutes/notes and distributing to involved teams.
Distribute information for multiple projects to all parties' owners, contractors design teams in a timely manner.
Create purchase orders for projects and distribute them to suppliers.
Prepare and submit permit documents via electronic submission and paper submission.
File NOC's and other needed documents with local municipalities.
Create project schedules and distribute to project important parties.
Utilize provided software Raken, Bluebeam, Xactimate, QuickBooks online and Microsoft office including Projects to perform daily task as needed.
Work with multiple projects in different stages.
Prepare budgets for preconstruction.
Request pricing from subcontractors, organize pricing per project, and keep buy out logs in preconstruction phases.
Utilize preformatted documents to create master contracts and subcontracts.
Salary range starting at $50,000.00 for qualified candidate. Interview process will consist of 2 interviews. 1st will be a phone interview, and the 2nd will be in person.
