The ideal candidate will be well organized and comfortable dealing with financial data. This individual will be responsible for overseeing all the accounting duties including payables, receivables, processing payroll, government reporting and conducting other tasks related to accounting and finance. They should be excellent maintaining multiple LLC's bank accounts and the ability to product clear financial reports. The company is involved in Real Estate Development, Engineering and Design, Utility Construction, Sitework and Concrete Construction and Asset Management.
Company currently utilizes Quickbooks accounting but will be transitioning to Sage 300 in the very near future.
Responsibilities
Track expenses, budget, taxes, cash flow, receipts and other financial dealings of multiple companies and bank accounts.
Provide regular financial reports (weekly, monthly and yearly)
Monitor accounts payable and receivable
Ensure timely processing of payroll
ensure the Company's LLC all stay compliant with governmental agencies.
Handle Administration Paperwork as required.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field substitute 5 years of experience for a degree.
5+ years of experience in related field
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and QuickBooks ideal candidate will have both Quickbooks and Sage 300 experience.
Strong organizational and analytical skills Detail oriented
Preference will be given to candidates with real estate and construction experience.
The position will report to our office in Southlake.
